This 2-day Seamanship Skills course introduces you to more advanced sailing techniques in tidal waters. Good dinghy sailors learn how to sail without a rudder and how to sail backwards. But these skills are not usually practised on the cruising courses such as Day Skipper and Coastal Skipper practical.
A great introduction to yacht cruising & navigating on the sea. This advanced 2-day RYA sailing course explores how to prepare for a day sail out of Morecambe Bay. Weather permitting you can then make the passage practising 3-point fixes along the way. When you compare your fix with the GPS you'll discover how accurate you were!
