All the basics of how to sail are taught on Levels 1 & 2. Level 3 is a more flexible course to help you build confidence and consolidate everything you learnt on the beginner courses.
Sailors come to Bay Sea School with a wide variety of prior experience; some are very rusty day skippers while others are highly competent sailors who've never sailed on the sea before. So it can sometimes work better to refresh your basic sailing skills with a Level 2 course first. If you're a fairly new Level 2 dinghy sailor we'd also recommend the Level 2 keelboat course first. Conditions are different every time you sail on the sea so there's always something new to learn. That's one of the things that makes sailing with Bay Sea School in Morecambe such a compelling experience!
