We are delighted to welcome 'local legend' John Jennings to our team at Bay Sea School. He will be very familiar to many local sailors and his 20 years experience as a Yachtmaster Instructor will add greatly to the high quality tuition our clients have become accustomed to.
John started sailing in his youth with a pal on Windermere in a small 'Sadler' designed yacht. He then went right through the RYA sail cruising scheme, starting at Competent Crew and finally achieving his Yachtmaster Ocean qualification after an eventful passage to the Azores and back in a 28ft MacGruer!
Whilst regularly teaching practical sailing courses in the Solent, he also runs motor cruising courses, fitting in yacht deliveries in his spare time.
