Better SailingRYA Keelboat Level 3
This is a great course for improvers. It will help to reinforce what you learnt on Levels 1 & 2, building your confidence by creating more opportunity for practise as well as introducing some new techniques.
Learning to sail more efficiently by fine tuning the sails and rig will be a focus on this course. You'll also have fun learning to sail on transit lines, counteracting the effect of the tide. Morecambe Bay is a great place to learn this important skill.
We will also look at more 'rules of the road' and if there is time, let you sample some of the techniques taught in the 'Seamanship Skills' Advanced Module.
